No — every item is made to order. This means your product is custom printed just for you after you place your order. We partner with trusted U.S.-based print providers to ensure high quality and fast turnaround.
How long does it take to get my order?
- Production/Processing Time: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order.
- Shipping Time (U.S.): 5–10 business days after production.
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on location and customs.
During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Where are orders shipped from?
Most orders are printed and shipped from facilities in the USA. Some international orders may ship from a facility closer to your location to speed up delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, size, and delivery location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.
What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shoponlydetailers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with our production partners to resolve the issue.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Returns: You may return items within 30 days for a full refund, as long as they are unwashed and unworn.
- Exchanges: You may exchange items within 30 days. Exchanges for equal-value products are free. For higher or lower-value products, we will adjust the payment difference.
Return process:
- Email us at shoponlydetailers@gmail.com with your order number and request.
- You’ll be instructed where to send your item. Customers cover the cost of return postage unless the issue was due to our error. We cover the cost of sending the replacement.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund or ship your replacement with tracking.
